Information handled by the app

SchoolRun Family may process information you enter or create to provide its features. Storage, device backup, export, and synchronization behavior can depend on the app version, your device settings, and services you choose to use.

Support communications

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request, troubleshoot the issue, and maintain a reasonable support record. Please do not send passwords, financial account numbers, student records, precise location history, or other sensitive information.

Website data

These static web pages do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time—to deliver and protect the site.

Platform and third-party services

Your device operating system, app marketplace, backup provider, email provider, or optional services you enable may process information under their own privacy policies. Sidetrack Labs does not control those independent services.

Data choices and deletion

Where app information is stored on your device, you can generally manage it inside the app or remove it by deleting the app. If you have contacted support and want us to delete the support correspondence we retain, email us using the address below.

Children’s privacy

Our public website is not designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not include a child’s personal, educational, health, or location information in a support email. Any school- or family-managed use of SchoolRun Family should follow the policies and consent requirements that apply to that organization and family.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top will show when a revision takes effect.
